Learning Designer at Kaplan Financial Education -
Really enjoyed this interview process - quick, friendly, smooth and professional. Sent CV, invited to video call with senior LD, then given a creative learning task to do, then invited for a second video interview with two other learning designers. Everyone was really friendly and professional but also very time efficient and took me through the whole process in less than 2 weeks. Interviewers were non judgemental and seemed to be really fair and friendly which I liked, as this isn't always the case, especially for career changers/entry level jobs. Team is really diverse and their interview practice showed that they're committed to equal opportunities. Overall seems like a really great place to work and I would have accepted just to work with this lovely team but decided on a different career path due to personal reasons in the end. Salary offered was also very reasonable for London and above market level for entry level/career changer. I would recommend Kaplan Financial Education based on their smooth interview process and fairness.
