Interview
A pre-recorded interview, similar to hirevue, that gave you about 30 seconds to think of an answer and 2 minutes to respond. I got it through blindly sending an application in and did not network there at all. It seems like they are trying to prevent networking to land roles with them.

Question 1
What industry that we are active in are you most interested in and why?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kapor Capital (Oakland, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Initial application required short prose answers about me and my reasons for the position. I received an email asking me to schedule an asynchronous video interview (the questions were pre-recorded), which I completed within a week. After the video interview, I received an email confirming that the video interview was complete, and added "Please do not reply to this email. We will get in touch with you shortly regarding next steps."
I completed the video interview in late March. As of mid-May, I had not received any feedback -- rejection or otherwise. At that point, I reached out to Kapor Center's VP of People to see if she could help me learn my application's status. As Kapor Center and Kapor Capital are technically two different organizations, the VP responded with a pleasant email, but no recommendation for resolution.
As of this date, 7 weeks after my video interview, I have yet to receive any feedback.
