Kappa optronics interview questions

Interview process went well and was well received by all staff. At the end, they expressed their interest in hiring in different ways and even said they would need documents from me to start the visa process and give an offer. But then all including HR and team went missing in action and stopped replying to any emails. Till date, I don't know why they were so unprofessional.
