Had an interview with the hiring manager. Asked for feedback a couple of weeks later and was told that they would get back to me ASAP. Asked again after a couple more weeks and now being ignored. Bad experience!
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Karakuri (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
First round was a general discussion, finding out about my background etc.
Second round was a set of problems/questions, based on a given dataset, that needed to be solved using Python. They took 3 weeks to get back to me after submitting my Python notebook, just to say they would not be continuing the process with me. I believed I had answered all the questions sufficiently, providing extra analysis where applicable, so I requested a very brief summary of where I had gone wrong. No response. They will happily waste hours of your life and not even provide a single sentence to help you learn from the experience. I advise anyone reading this to avoid this company that clearly doesn't care about people, as you will be doing yourself a service in the short and long run. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY

Question 1
What are the biggest challenges you have overcome in your previous role?
I applied online via Glassdoor and got rejected with no reasoning given. The email said, "as we're inundated by applications we are unable to provide individual feedback on submissions". Which is a funny thing to hear after a month of silence from a company with 1 interview report on Glassdoor. I gave them a somewhat personalised application and have extensive documentation of 5 years of experience in programming so there's no excuse.
