Karius interview questions

Very slow response time from HR unfortunately-from scheduling initial interviews to getting results at the conclusion of 5 interviews. In addition, interviewers were not clear themselves on the purpose of the role itself. One interviewer (Epidemiologist) said this was for a "Lead CRA" role. Previous interviewer said this role was to be a 'Manager who also had sites'. Third interviewer said 'Apologies. Disregard all that was said and listen only to me'. 4th interviewer (SVP) canceled due to emergency...fine and understandable. Rescheduled with very short notice. I accommodated and informed HR-who scheduled the meeting that I had a previous meeting back to back with this one. However, when I ended the meeting due to having another meeting starting I received a shocked look from the interviewer 'How dare you' look. Whatever. But then feedback was provided to me that I was the off one during the interview process. I should have managed time better. I was not focused (when they didn't even understand the role they were interviewing for) etc. Horrible interviewing experience that I don't wish on my worst enemy. Well, maybe that's the exception. I would consider Karius interview experience for my worst enemy. Passive Aggressive doesn't even begin to scratch the surface for what I experienced. Discombobulated, Confusing, Slow responding, Lack of Purpose, Clarity and not straightforward. If you like this approach (or feel you need a job no matter what-even if it's to buy time until you work for a much better company) then by all means move forward with your Karius interview. Otherwise, please please please move on to another company for your job search. I personally don't think they will be around very long with these practices.

The interview process consisted of seven interviews. It began with a phone screen with the Head Recruiter, followed by six individual Zoom interviews with the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations & Customer Success (Hiring Manager), Vice President of Sales, Sr. Commercial Operations Analyst, Director of Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement, Director of Customer Success, and the Chief Commercial Officer. Each interviewer was polite and respectful, asking a mix of behavioral and technical questions related to their role and how their department collaborates with Commercial Operations. The conversations provided a clear view into cross-functional expectations and the overall structure of the organization.
