THE WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS EVER
HR gave me a call and asked to visit office and assured me that all the rounds will be done on the same day. I had to take leave but since he said all the rounds will be done on the same day, i agreed. But that day only HR round was done.
After a week, HR called me again and said 2 more rounds of interview are remaining so please come to office. He again assured me that both rounds will be done on the same day. So I went to office. Again only 1 round was completed. He assured me that 3rd round will be virtual.
After 2 days, he called me again and asked me to come to office for 3rd round. I asked for a virtual round but he pleaded that they really like my candidature so decision will be taken fast. I visited the office
And I had to follow up for the update to which they said I am not selected
There are false hopes given by the HR. I had to adjust to my schedule and risk existing job coz the way HR talk to u is very convincing and they dont even take any effort of doing all rounds on the same day.
I spent a lot to travel to office and back and was assured of virtual round and a offer but it was just a false promise.
My friend had a similar experience
So if you are interviewing at KARIX. Do not trust the HRs . They will do multiple rounds call you to office, and reject ultimately
Internal info is that HRs there have a target of completing 5 interviews weekly so they keep on inviting candidates to complete their target.
Absolute waste of time!
The interview went well. They asked questions related to networking concepts, hardware and software troubleshooting, and a few real-time scenarios. The panel was very supportive and the discussion helped me understand their expectations clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me one key question: how I handle hardware or software issues step-by-step during troubleshooting
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Karix Mobile (Chennai) in Jun 2024
Interview
Had 5 levels of interviews including an activity to create BRD documentation. Got through all rounds and at the end HR said they cannot hire female candidates for the role that involves travelling, even after letting them know I was fine to travel.
