Ghosted following application. Having put in hours into company research and CV updating - I did not even get a generic rejection. However a Co - Founder at the company had time to check me out on LinkedIn. Setting up a generic "your not a fit" email takes 10 minutes on most career management tools and engaging with an applicant is basic manners.
