Kavtek interview questions

First interview was 15 min with a manager to establish basic job requirements. Second aspect of interview was an unpaid take home project to develop a computer vision program. Submitted completed project to employer, but they didn't even have the courtesy of contacting back. Waste of time unless you are being compensated in some way.
