My interview was for the 3rd shift Lumper (Cooler) position. I was offered the job right on the spot after speaking to my interviewer. My hiring process was a breeze and got everything done pretty quickly. They do drug test and do a soft background check so it isn’t too extensive. However, they pushed my orientation start date back not once but twice. It was a bummer because I really wanted to start as soon as possible like I told them from the get go. So I waited and stuck around regardless of them pushing back my start date 2 times. Now, I officially start Tuesday, May 30th, 2023. I just hope it all goes into plan and does not change because I am really looking forward to start working with KeHe. I just hope they stick to their word this time around because I really want to start a job in warehousing again like I already told them. My advice to you, hold onto your other job (if you have one) until you actually start with KeHe because they seem to make unexpected changes. So keep your other job so you’re still making money just until you start with KeHe Distributers. They just could push your start date back at any given moment which is scary because we all have bills to pay or goals to reach… just expect the unexpected while in the hiring process.
