Three telephonic rounds and One face to face interview with Partner. Most questions in telephonic round were case questions or guesstimates. Partner round was more focused on personal questions and previous experience

Very structured, even for people who dont make it to the next round the firm offers an opportunity to connect with the interviewer for the feedback. Interviewers were kind but there was much more emphasis on casing rather than company fit and behavioural interview

Interview
two 45-minute interviews with different managers fit about the motivation and company culture for 10 minutes followed by a business case for 25 minutes then 10 minutes for questions by the candidate
Typical case + fit. Four rounds. Fair questions. No tricks. Loved it - least pretentious interview process out of the tier 1 and 2s I’ve been through. Make sure you’re well prepared. Give it your best shot.
