I applied to A. T. Kearney through an employee referral, after which it took 1-2 days to set up two interviews a week later. Both interviews were 1 hour, and consisted of a 'fit' portion and a case study. Both case studies involved a market sizing exercise - one case study was just that, whereas the other was the launch of a new project in the UAE, which required market sizing in order to estimate revenues. Both interviewers were very professional, and took out the time to answer any questions that I had afterward.
