Interview
After i got a call for an interview, i went to the Kearney office next day. The interview took about 30 minutes and it was a 1:1 interview with the PM.

Why consulting? Are you a team player? and a simple guestimation question
Gmat -> entrevista 1 (associate) -> entrevista 2 (manager) -> entrevista 3 (partner)
Fit + case interview
Gmat - estudar questões de lógica, fazer questões de um case e teste de ingles
Straightforward case interviews across 3 rounds. Half the time is spent on behaviourals and the other half is the case. Culture is very important to them and it's one of the things I loved most about working there

Interview
Intense but good, very holistic and inclusive. They really wanted to get to know me and who I was as a person. It was 5 rounds and all with different people working at the firm. It was a great experience and very interactive
