Go through a test, after this chosen for interviews if attained minimum results on the test. Go through three rounds of interviews before an offer is given. The last round interview is with the managing partner of the company.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
