All interviews were case interviews. They also tested my fit with the company, but we didn't spend much time on this. I believe the case is the most important part and there's a lot of materials on the internet that can help one prepare himself.

Our client is a major CPG player has been struggling to grow in the past years. I'd like to assess some market opportunities, calculation total market size and the fit with the current company (interviewer delivered some handouts material).

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
