One hour of behavioral interview to screen the candidates and once you pass it, then the process will be followed by four separate rounds of case interviews by different consultants including partners

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
