I applied throught the American Referrals process. The staff were very kind and helpful the entire time. I completed a phone screen, mostly a resume review and questions about my interest in the firm, followed by two rounds of interviews. The first round was a behavioral and case, and the second round was a written case and two behaviorals

Smooth interview process, very well organized. Two rounds with two interviews each (fit + case). Expect results to come 1 week after each round, with the possibility to get feedback from interviewers.

The case was easy. It was on the operation side, but the behaviours were difficult. They really want to see if you are fit or not. They asked me back to back questions about different situations, how I would deal with them, what my Mindset is

1st round (1st and 2nd interview) - Behavioral + Case each, 60 mins each with ~20 mins case and ~40 mins case
2nd round - 1 hr Behavioral and 1 hr case (got over in much less time)
