It took 2 months. According to their process: 1.Collecting all documents and completing the entry form 2.Screening and evaluating all received documents 3.Programming task (completed at home) 4.Task evaluation 5.Interview with the Team Leader, Technical Director, and HR 6.Job offer After step 5 they asked me to provide them with 3 previous employers as references. So far everything went well. The animation test was not too difficult. The interview was good according to their email. So basicaly at this stage I shoud got the job offer or rejection (because of bad feedback from my refrences) however after that we spent in silent for 3 Weeks.HR told that CEO is not available. After another 2 weeks HR emailed that they moved forward with another candidate!!!! WHAT?? . After checking references, the company can say, well, the previous employer was not happy, so we can't take the risk and hire you but saying that they will choose another candidate after checking my references is not a respectful email. If I had received this email after the animation test or interview, it would be fine, but after collecting references... This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. In my 15 years of career, I have been rejected many times and have also received offers and always accepted them, but this was another level of unprofessionalism.
