Keep Prince William Beautiful interview questions

I was interviewed by two women and an intern. Everybody was very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. It took about 30 minutes and afterwards I was asked to fill out a questionnaire (better be VERY well prepared and know about their programs). When I filled out the questionnaire one of the women and the intern were whispering and giggling, which made me feel uncomfortable because I was not sure if they laughed about anything I said... Some of the questions went a bit too much into detail and were almost impossible to answer for a person who has not worked there yet. I extensively researched the company and was very familiar with their programs, but I had trouble answering those questions. Their starting salary is quite low with $15/hour (no benefits), but increases after a while. Most people only hold the position for 1-1.5 years therefore. However, they said it is a great position for networking and all previous people in that position.
