You get an account in a platform of theirs in which you have to respond to many questions, some of them are less technical but weird and room for interpretations. You have no option to delete your account and data from that platform. They usually ask for an unpaid take-home project test. They ask about the prior experience but ask also why you left that position. They want expertise and experience but than they are condescending if you had more than 1 job.
