I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kelly (Archbold, OH) in Sep 2011
Interview
i simply filled out a rather detailed application and tax info and was given a time to come in the next day for a brief (1/2 hr) safety class and was given a time and place to go to start the job. they stated to me that with a good record of attendance and work perfomance i would be hired by sauder woodworking as kelly is a temp service. after 3 months i applied directly to sauder, after 5 months with a perfect attendance i recieved a letter in the mail from sauder stating they did not want to hire me. after 7 months with a perfect attendance kelly called me 2 hrs. before i was to be at work and told me not to come into work as sauder did not want to train me for a job. i was told 1 in 5 people are hired.
