I applied online. I interviewed at Kelly (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 KES employees. They were polite and pleasant. The interview was more relevant to my experiences working with students and how I handled real life problem, especially my response to disciplining and thinking on my feet if adequate emergency lessons are not in place for students. I was encouraged to discuss respectable ways in handling situations where I am not in total agreement with Administration's Policies. From the interview it was clear that continuing the flow of instruction, respect for students, fitting seamlessly in the team of teachers, respect and compliance with the Administrative Policy and last but not least my safety in the classroom.

Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
