Interview
I applied online for a supply chain position. I received a call the next day and had a small phone interview. After-which I was sent some testing information. The tests comprised of Typing Speed and Accuracy, a word section and an excel section. Then another test dealing with shipping and another dealing with warehousing. I received a call the next day and was told i passed all the sections and was scheduled for an interview. I got there and filled out a bunch of paperwork then had a face-to-face interview. The lady was very nice and just asked me general questions about past experiences with work. I was hired there and then

Interview process was as per usual, normal and asked expected questions. As the requirements for the position were not as high, a lot of it was based on hours and scheduling.

Your first interview is with a Kelly recruiter about the position you applied for. I spent roughly an hour talking to them about the position, description, etc.
The second interview is with the people/group at the company which you have applied for the position with. You can ask them questions about the job, but not about pay, benefits, etc.

We had to take written and practical simulation of the work environment.the written included maths , ,English and aptitude question which are very easy. The practical goes for 30 to 45 min.
