Candidate engagement is very bad. Kelly's team reaches out to the candidates for checking interest on an opportunity and after sharing the resume, we don't get any response. Neither they respond to phone calls nor to the emails sent requesting for feedback/update. Never expected this type of candidate engagement from a reputed consulting firm like Kelly.
