More of a conversation really. Asked about prior teaching experience and some classroom management strategies. Where I went to school and how I got into teaching.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
