The interview process was mainly emailing back and forth with someone describing my past experiences and qualifications. There was nothing extensive besides having to complete the required online training to become a licensed substitute teacher.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
