Phone interview initially, and then in person with 3 people. Went from one on one to a panel style. One would “grill” me to see how I would respond Ave the others were pleasant throughout

What is my work style? How do I handle certain situations?
Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
