Had one round of interview with the manager and the department head. The interviewers were nice and friendly. Questions asked weren't difficult and the interview took about an hour. It was more of an interaction, rather than an interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Keppel Corporation
Thorough process of interview. There were four rounds of interviews. First of was a HR screening for general cognitive. Second was with the hiring manager and HR on simple situational general cognitive test Third was with the general manager of operations and the Hr. This is the toughest among all sessions as there are many situational and technical questions on the field of study. Lastly is with the managing director himself to have a chat. Last round is more of a formality to get to know the new hire better.

Simple and straightforward. Basic questions, resume didn't seem to have been looked at. Met with Superintendent and I appreciated his honesty with workload and the demand of the position. Unfortunately, I didn't get an engineering degree to work 55+ hours, weekends and Holidays for a 36,000 yearly salary. This job might suit someone who doesn't mind the low starting salary. I will say that the exposure and experience you gain here can be worthwhile if you don't mind the low pay.
- If I was willing to work overtime and weekends as it is the norm to work 10+ hours a day. Occasionally every other Sunday off.

I was waited at the receptionist counter before the receptionist gave me the direction to another floor. The interviewers are friendly at the start. Did not expect the interview to be so technical and detailed when explaining financial modelling.

Efficient and professionally managed. It was virtually held. In total 2 rounds of interview; first with line manager and HR and second with the c suites. It was a pleasant process.
- How can you bring value to the role/company?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keppel Corporation in Nov 2022
Attended the interview virtually, with the one HR and one Project Director present. Throughout the interview, the HR staff seemed impatient and talked in a rush way, giving the feeling that they only want to get the interview over and done with. The Project Director asked me very in-depth technical questions, some of it that is of Project Manager level, when I’m applying for a Project Analyst role (1 tier below). This gives the feeling that they are planning to hire and pay someone of an Analyst role to do a PM’s role. Only seems like they did an interview for the sake of meeting their KPIs, did not have a pleasant interview at all
- Explain the ITPM Processes and how each of it is ideal to our current Project? How would you streamline our current process?
