Keville Enterprises interview questions

Friendly and easily exchanged information. Initial contact person demonstrated knowledge of the industry. Demonstrated flexibility to fit an abridged work week. Personable in the interview and able to connect in a professional manner by asking questions and answering the questions presented. Relaxed but business oriented. Interview consisted of a male and female interviewer. One had interruptions and left the room. Interviewer projected a feeling of confidence.

Interviewer from Keville had little or no concept of CPM Scheduling, understanding of critical path management, and also did not apply industry accepted scheduling methods. Did not have an organized presentation of what the company was about, how it conducted business and who was the hiring manager. Candidate beware, this is not a nuturing that trains and empowers its workforce.
