Did a 5 minute virtual call, going over basic aspects of sales. Sell me this pen type question.
Then in person(maybe now done virtually) role play of sales call selling client keyence product. Do your research on factory automation and keyence and you will be okay.

Lots of steps that are probably designed to weed out the people who don't care enough. Video interview with no one on the other side, physics test that has to be passed, multiple other interview steps and an in person interview at headquarters.
