Applied on their website. Got an interview with the option of in person or Skype interview (I did Skype interview). A couple of weeks later, I receive an email saying they offered me the job and want to speak on the phone with me about their projects and details about the company. They told me to take time to think about the offer and email them back as soon as possible. I took the job offer.
