Keystone Community Living interview questions

Its a joke question right? I had an initial interview which I thought was great. Second interview was with the head director of my department. I had to call numerous times to schedule an interview. Near the end of the interview: this director told me that straight up they didn't want to hire me, and only hired me because of my enthusiasm.
