Interview process was simple. First a exam to check English skills. Then F2F interview for 30 mins. Questions were about yourself and some simple game related questions. whole process took only a week.
Just asked what customer service is and if i play games, asked about recent experience in gaming industry and customer service industry. i thought there will be another interview but i was shocked i got the job offer right away
