I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation in Feb 2017
Interview
Took about 2 weeks, 3 steps, First had an interview on campus with their HR person and an engineer. Then a phone-interview with another HR person. After had to take a 5 question interview online plus a questionnaire on my personality. Last they paid for my flight to go to Kansas City for the last round. Interviewed with two different people. They followed up a week after with an Offer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation
Interview
Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Seattle, WA)
Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
