I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation in Feb 2013
Interview
Initial interview was not difficult. Mostly asked behavioral questions. Interviewer stated that working at Kiewit could mean moving from site to site all over the states after each project completion. Second interview was a webcam interview. They seemed to try to match you to a team that matched your interests initially, but they want you to be a versatile engineer and work different fields. (e.g. learn mechanical systems even if you're not in mech engineering).

Question 1
No tech questions. Explain a failure you've experienced.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of this internship?
The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
