I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation in Mar 2019
Interview
They contacted me on a Monday about doing a video interview on my own time, I was very busy the week they requested it so I put it off to the weekend. 3 days later I get a rude email from an HR representative to complete the interview otherwise they would not consider me for as highly. A month after I do the interview, I got an email for a 30-minute phone interview and to set the time. The phone interview lasted for 10 minutes and only 5 minutes of it was asking me questions. During this time the interviewer was rude and had a tone of voice responding to my answers. When I asked questions I was read the job description like I was unable to read or got told that it depends on the situation when asking about career advancement. After all of this, I deleted my profile on their website after getting the standard rejection email from a 10 minute interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation
Interview
Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
