Interview
Phone interview was brief and casual. I talked to a project manager and he was really nice and talkative. They ask the usual questions: strengths, weaknesses, experiences, etc. Overall a simple and straightforward interview. The experience was good and made me want to join the company. After the phone interview I had to take a multiple choice, comprehensive, online test. The online test was timed so be prepared for a time crunch. There was also a drug test two weeks before starting the internship.

Interview
It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

Interview
One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
