I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2015
Interview
My interview with kiewit was far from painful started with a face to face then proceeded with about an hour long phone interview the lady who I had a one on one interview with was very nice and was very knowledgeable in the field. She made it easy and fun to start discussion but would pull it back into focus. The phone interview was my toughest part due to the fact of not being able to make facial contact etc.

Question 1
When was there a time that there was an obstacle in your way and how did you over come it?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation
Interview
Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

Question 1
Tell me what you know about bridge girders?
When looking at ordering materials, are you ordering the exact amount you need?
I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Seattle, WA)
Interview
well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
