Interview
Initial phone call with recruiter to talk about the company and schedule a phone interview with a developer.
45 minute on phone interview with the developer whose team was hiring.
2 rounds of in person interviews. First round was a couple of developers from the server team, but not specifically the team that was hiring. Second round was with the team that was hiring for the position.

Question 1
Lots of short questions about Java, JVM, threads, sorting methods and programming in general.
Given a list of 2n-1 numbers: all between 1 to n, all but one occur twice. Determine the number that occurs only once. Was asked for multiple ways to solve this.
Asked my friend to refer me. He referred me to his manager, but manager said he can't proceed because I was rejected few months ago. I never had any interview with KIK. One recruiter contacted me few months back but she kind of became irritating after learning about my salary. I am guessing she is the one who made this entry in the system. Kik and I both are at loss here and it's not our fault.

A few emails and then a phone interview. The interviewer sounded unenthusiastic and annoyed. He told me he will get back to me in a day or two. it's been 4 months now :)
