Kind Senior Care interview questions

The first interview was a phone interview with the CEO. The next interview was with the CEO in the office. After the meeting with the CEO, I heard from the company a few days later regarding a final interview with the company’s Director. I was asked for a list of my references, which I provided. I followed up five business days later and was told I would receive an email regarding an opportunity or whatever decision they make. It’s very disappointing to get to the reference part of the interview process only to be ghosted after two successful interview interviews. Please make sure you are following up with candidates, especially if they make it to the reference stage.
