5+ hours to interview for them, including in person, to decide on someone else. May be standard time to invest, but they pushed to move quickly so I had to take a lot of time off work for no offer.

Question 1
“I highlighted this (process we’ll never use that you said you implemented) your resume. Tell me about it.” (Everyone else said it’s not part of company ethos, no idea why they wanted me to talk about irrelevant tasks and responsibilities).
Applied online. Got an email asking to schedule a phone interview to discuss qualifications and benefits package. Was sent a link to their recruiting deck to describe the hiring process and company background. Waste of time because I never heard back after the phone screen. "Clear communication"....

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kinder's (Walnut Creek, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Awful! Their recruiting agency never responded, CEO #1 was good at communications at first then completely ghosted. CEO #2 didn't ask any questions, just talked about himself. Went in multiple times only to be ghosted after a month of being strung along. Worst interview experience in my career.
