Kingsfield IT interview questions

I was bought in for an insight day at the company and I spent the day creating web banners on Photoshop but I wasn't given any resources to do this, just the images on the website which were low resolution. They didn't have the original files so they told me to copy and paste them to photoshop. Then, when I created a banner using these poor images, I was told that the banner wasn't very good. It was a real waste of my time and I was given no support that day. I didn't get the job which was for the best as my next interview landed me my first job which launched my career.
