Kingsmill Resort interview questions

I had no formal interview process having switched from another role at the resort (Serving). For that position I only completed a brief phone interview. They were very supportive in teaching me the duties of the role despite my lack of prior experience. My work ethic and enthusiasm was highly valued by coworkers and managers at Kingsmill.
