I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kirchhoff-Consigli (Pleasant Valley, Dutchess, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
Initial meeting and conversation was at an on campus career fair. I was offered an interview on the spot. First round interviews were offered on campus and were about 45 minutes long. Pretty standard interview process, yet very personable. After reviewing my resume, the questions were more geared towards relocation and if I would be a good fit for the company. About a week later, I was contacted again in regards to a second round interview at their Pleasant Valley, NY headquarters. Before making the trip down, I was pre screened with a personality test. The results were later disclosed to me. The "Day In the Life" second round interview was very pleasant. Breakfast snacks as well as a catered lunch were provided to the applicants. A tour of two projects was administered first followed by interviews and lunch back at the office. There were 3 rounds of interviews. Most with executives, some in pairs and some individual. The interviews were fairly conversational, yet still very professional.
