Interview
Proofreading test, phone screen, and in-person interview with about 7 employees. They all immediately asked me if I had any questions and continued asking me if I had questions. Obviously you never say you have no questions, so I asked a ton. They barely asked me anything about myself and spent the whole hour answering what I asked and talking about how hard the position is and working at Kirkland.
