Interview
The interview started with a face to face contact in a conference. They followed up with three telephone interviews. Two calls with directors and one with the owner. The directors talked in detail about security, security controls, and risk.
Very good process. Thorough. 3 rounds overall. HR, technical interview, hiring manager and owner interview. Group group of people and very knowledgeable. They hire people with experience and that makes for a good place to learn and mentor others.

Process was intensive but very fair. HR Manager was incredibly helpful
There were multiple interviews from HR to Professional to meeting the Owner of the Company and giving you the ability to also make the decision if you were a good fit.
