Incredibly long. You interview with multiple team members who don’t communicate which causes you to repeat yourself and have multiple first interviews. The interview process took months and they didn’t end up hiring for the role.

Interview
The first was a phone interview which lasted around 20 minutes. The second was an in-person interview and practice shift which lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes. During the practice shift, you interact with customers as well.
