Had a quick phone interview with the recruiter, then an online assessment, then a virtual interview with 2 branch managers. Questions were situational and behavioral. Easy going and personable interviewers.

Smooth process, moved quickly from application to hearing from the recruiter. Thorough interview, but felt conversational and welcoming. The interview lasted just under one hour. Next steps were specific and they followed their timeline as they said they would.

First screened by Chief People Officer and then had long phone conversation with CEO. Then, I came in for in-person interview. It was apparent the CEO didn’t think highly of his team.

I applied with paper. I submitted to the various checks. A couple weeks later they asked me if I would accept, I said yes, and I came in on my first day. It seemed like they didn't know I was coming almost. The manager seemed to like that I was there. Almost no training for the first two weeks, all OTJ...which was somewhat difficult.

I had a great interview with the HR person, we really clicked. My second interview at the branch was felt more like an interrogation with two people throwing questions at me. There is more to life than the endless accumulation of wealth. There will never be enough money. You must find your wealth elsewhere in your life. Money does not buy happiness. Happiness is found in being content with who you are and what you have. ll taken care of later in life while others continue to struggle just to survive. Buy some stock in your company. If you are not willing to invest financially in your company, why are you investing your entire career with them? If they have an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) where you can buy at a discount, sign up. But reme just typing to unlock things

short, easy questions, asked about personality. There was only one person doing the interview, but assistant manager would pop in and ask a few questions. Asked past experience and other questions regarding certain past work situations. Describe an instant where you were a leader or describe a past situation where you handled an angry customer, how did you change their attitude?
