Tell me about your experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna in Mar 2022
Interview
One of the strangest ever. First they make you do some ridiculous fibonacci pattern test. Then you speak with the recruiter and if all goes well they WATCH you do this pattern test live (they don't want any flukes/cheaters!)... Awaiting you then is an hour long case study interview and if that goes well an hour long Amazon-style leadership principles interview. If you made it past that congrats, you're now in the second round! I did not make it any further.

Create a market expansion strategy for a Swedish employee coaching company... How would you approach which markets would you target? How would you go about launching them? etc...
Smooth, easy and good process. Might have taken a bit longer than what a process should take however, it was over the summer and in Sweden people take alot of vacation then.
