Every person applying to Klarna (doesn’t matter which role) has to take a logical reasoning test which is considered a fair assessment in IT roles. For other roles I cannot see the benefit and use
of the test result. When you are not good at moving dots in your head I wouldn’t waste the
time. It is said to see that an organization has taken quite narrow minded look to their candidates.

Very nice people and interesting company but the recruitment process is a bit exaggerated... trying to be like a management consulting company
Just like others have stated, this company is completely out of touch with diversity practices and U.S. culture. Even with a referral and great first conversation, received a rejection email based on the logical reasoning test. They also have an employee monitor you while you take it - screams micromanagement and lack of trust. Happy I dodged a bullet with this company.
