The whole process took 43 days. Between the application date and the rejection date. tldr: non-organized and non-professional 1. Initial Interview. 2. Technical Challenge contained two tasks: a. Get sum for a certain category within some time range for transactions b. Create sorted groups of repeated transactions 3. Their favorite iq test with kindergarten questions. 4. Phone call, where I was said that although I have completed everything successfully, then need somebody with 8+ yoe. Juicy details: 1. The recruiter was changed during the process, and I haven't been even notified. Just one day, could write an email to my recruiter and was receiving email with "address not found". 2. When recruiter transition was over, she requested me to complete their iq test, and I did right away. However, she kept silence for a few days, afterward I had to email her 2-3 times in order to get an update. She asked my phone and called me, she confirmed that I was successful on both tests, however the job requires somebody with 8+ yoe, I have slightly less. To be honest, I don't recall that in the description and was unpleasantly surprised. However, she said "let's stay in touch" and confirmed if I find some different relevant role than she helps me, and I did in the same day. However, she ignores me :( Additionally, I think it would be nice to a get more detailed feedback on the technical challenge and receive the rejection reason via email so that I could show that my unemployment agency. It passed 2 weeks since I asked an email confirmation. No reply - no call. Since it's getting popular to post fake jobs and she can't reply on my multiple email and phone calls. I think I wasted time on a fake job position.
